Chinese Teapot
When in Singapore I like to shop for a Chinese teapot cozy set (large size). Where can I find one??
I would like to buy a large Chinese (Paranakan?) teapot, pink, green, or blue/white in a rattan basket, round, with a loose lid. The lining is usually bright red with a flower motive. Does not have to be old, but in good condition.
Tell the cab driver to take you to Chinatown ("Niu Che Shui"). Look around at the open air markets for one that you like and do a little haggling. Happy shopping!
